화성시유앤아이센터 스포츠연구소,찾아가는 운동처방 서비스』

화성시 유앤아이센터 스포츠과학연구소는 오는 30일 오전 10시부터 오후 4시까지 송산면 송산도서관(송산면 사강리 삼일공원로 87)에서 ‘찾아가는 운동처방 서비스’를 실시한다.

‘찾아가는 운동처방 서비스’는 기초체력 측정 및 개인 맞춤형 운동처방, 체력증진교실, 스포츠 재활 프로그램을 무료로 제공하고 있으며, 첨단장비로 체력을 측정ㆍ분석하고 체계적인 운동을 처방해 만성질환을 조기에 예방하는 프로그램이다.

또한, 시민 각 개인에 맞는 최적의 신체활동과 과학적인 운동 프로그램을 개발해 제공하고 있어 기초체력 측정 후 운동방법을 상담 받을 수 있다.

유앤아이센터 스포츠과학연구소는 건강ㆍ체력 서비스 전문기관으로 시민 각 개인에 맞도록 기초체력 측정 후 최적의 신체활동과 과학적인 운동 프로그램을 개발해 제공하는 곳이다.

이번 ‘찾아가는 운동처방 서비스’는 무료로 진행된다.
