장안구 환경기술지원단, 영세사업자 지원

수원시 장안구(구청장 이상윤)는 단속과 처벌의 개념에서 벗어나 진단과 처방을 통한 환경오염 사전예방을 목적으로 한 환경기술지원단(Home Doctor)을 구성했다.

환경기술(Home Doctor)지원은 환경오염 방지시설 운영능력이 부족한 영세사업장 및 취약 배출업소 등에 대해 환경기술 전문가와 합동으로 운영상의 문제점과 기술적 애로사항을 해결을 위하여 운영하는 것. 지원대상은 전년도 행정처분을 받은 업소, 5인 미만의 환경시설(배출시설)등이다.

환경기술지원단은 환경관련 공무원 및 지역 내 환경배출시설 우수 관리업체의 환경관리인으로 구성, 23일까지 운영할 계획이다.

주요 기술지도 사항으로는 환경시설(배출시설)의 적정 가동을 위한 운영 및 관리방법, 폐수배출시설 운영관리, 고장 시 응급조치 요령, 처리시설의 적정 약품 투입요령, 운영기법 등이다.
