경기도의회,'신청사 건립 기금 설치 및 운용 조례안'등 임시회 개회

경기도의회는 18일 제297회 임시회를 개회, 28일까지 11일간의 일정에 들어갔다.

이번 회기에서는 '신청사 건립 기금 설치 및 운용 조례안'이 핵심 안건으로 다뤄진다.

일반회계 및 특별회계 출연금, 지방채, 공유재산 매각대금, 경기도시공사 이익배당금, 기금 운용수익금 등으로 기금을 조성해 광교 신청사 이전비용을 마련하겠다는 취지다.

버스에 충전포트 등 편의장비 설치에 노력하고 버스운전사가 하루 동안 운행할 수 있는 최대 운행시간을 설정해 그 이상 차량 운행을 하지 않도록 하는 내용의 '대중교통 서비스 향상에 관한 조례안'도 심의된다.

'강화군 경기도 환원 촉구 결의안', '서·북부권의 남북경제협력특별구역의 지정 및 운영에 관한 특별법 제정촉구 건의안' 등도 주목되는 안건이다.

4차 본회의가 열리는 22일에는 게르하르트 슈뢰더(Gerhard Fritz Kurt Schroder·72) 전 독일 총리가 도의회를 방문해 '독일 통일 및 연정경험과 한국에의 조언'을 주제로 40분간 강연한다.
