GREEN(그린) 토지정보서비스란, Good(유익하고) Real value(실생활에 도움이 되는) Enjoyable(즐겁고) Exact(정확하고) New(새로운)의 앞글자를 따서 만든 것으로, 시민들의 다양한 요구에 부응하기 위한 고품격 행정서비스의 일환으로 추진하고 있다.

구는 조상 땅 찾기 안내, 부동산등기신청 안내 등의 서비스를 토지정보 알림판을 통해 제공하며, 검색 전용 컴퓨터를 설치하여 실생활에 꼭 필요한 정보를 제공하는데 초점을 두었다.

구 관계자는 "이 서비스 시행으로 주민들로부터 큰 호응을 받고 있다"고 밝히고, "앞으로 새주소 사업과 관련된 최신 정보들을 제공할 예정"이라고 말했다.
